Sessions are between 60 and 90 minutes. Depending on what is moving at the time. Please allow 90 minutes.
Face to face sessions are held at the Navitas Centre, Cheshire. Online sessions via Zoom or Skype

We recognise that what is affordable for some can be a financial stretch for others, so we offer a tiered pricing structure.
